The Twins, playing in a severe slump, got ignited on Friday. The opposing pitcher, on the Cleveland Indians, had just given up a 2 run home run to Corey Coskie. Torii Hunter then came up to bat, and after getting him down to 0-2, the Indians pitcher threw an inside fastball that barely missd Hunter, after he had leaped away. The ball would have probably gone behind him if he had not jumped away. Torii then started yelling and threw his helmet, and the benches cleared. A brawl developed, and the coaches took 3.5 minutes to get a screaming Torii back into the dugout. The umpires then started talking with the managers, and then the Cleveland pitcher exploded at one of the officials. The managers and the two combatants got ejected, and will probably get large suspensions. As I mentioned before, there is a lot of bad blood between these two teams.
