I was in Oshkosh Wisconsin for the last couple of days, which was good. Actually, I was only there for one day, because we were driving for the other 2/3 of the trip. The show was very cool, especially the aerobatics. Unfortunately, I got a major burn on my back and feet, which ain't too much fun. even my ears got fried. Drinks there were $2.50 for a 20 Oz bottle, and a plastic carton of sorbet was a buck more then that. They sure get you when you're down. Thankfully, our tax-payer dollars fund what seems like every single military unit there, all giving out free stuff. Thanks, people, for paying your taxes. They also had an Airbus Beluga there. It is a gigantic plane, used for transporting fuselages all over Europe. The fact that I hate Airbus, (they hate Boeing) kind of marred it, seeing as you could see the mammoth airplane from every other point of the air field. But I lived to tell about it.
