Terry Triumphs!
So, Twins pitcher Terry Mulholland has done something only two other pitcher shad done before him. He has beaten all 30 major league teams. He's a little old, though. That win versus the Giants? At the Polo Grounds in New York. The A's were still in Philadelphia when he beat them. The Dodgers played at Ebbets Field, while baseball was decrying the Braves move from Boston to Milwaukee.
Seriously though, he's only 41. Heck, I saw Jesse Orosco pitch, and he was 46 at the time. Regardless of age, Terry pitched a masterpiece, and for the second night in a row Jose Offerman was the hero on offense. Unfortunately, Joe Mauer is back on the DL. Looks like he won't be catching anytime soon.
Seeing as my guides to dating and sleeping ahve gone so well, (though not necessarily in that order) I won't provide another to-ten list.
Bye
